New TÜV inspection — what it means

• The main inspection (HU) checks that the car is roadworthy and environmentally compliant — brakes, steering, lights, chassis, tyres, emissions and electronic safety systems, among other things.
• The inspection is carried out shortly before handover; the next one is then due in 24 months.
• The cost of the inspection is included in the price.
• The date shown on a car page (“MOT until”) is the current inspection — with your car you receive the new one.
• You receive the inspection report together with the car.

21-day return or exchange — conditions

• The period starts on the day you take over the car and is 21 days.
• Return: you bring the car back and we refund the full purchase price you paid.
• Exchange: you choose another car from our stock instead; any price difference is settled.
• The car must be returned in the condition in which you received it, apart from normal use, with all keys, documents and accessories.
• To return or exchange, simply contact us — by phone, e-mail or the contact form.
• This voluntary return and exchange right applies in addition to the statutory right of withdrawal and does not restrict it.

Dealer guarantee — the key points

• Guarantor: Auto Vermittler Pro
• Duration: 1 year from handover of the vehicle.
• The guarantee is free of charge. To make a claim, contact us before any repair is carried out.
• You will receive the complete guarantee conditions (scope, exclusions, territorial scope and claims procedure) in writing together with your purchase contract.

Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
In the event of defects you have the statutory rights against us as the seller (liability for defects). These rights are free of charge and are not restricted by the guarantee or the return right.
