Consumer dispute resolution
We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§ 36 VSBG).
Prices
All vehicle prices are final prices in euros including VAT. For vehicles taxed under the standard scheme, the statutory VAT of 19 % is included and shown on the invoice. Vehicles sold under the margin scheme (§ 25a UStG) are marked accordingly; their price includes VAT, but it cannot be shown separately.
